Through these digital services, information is offered to clients and potential clients, the room reservation system for each hotel and service is managed, as well as any other service deemed appropriate at the time for the correct achievement of the company’s objective.

Access to the digital services implies knowledge and acceptance of the following General Conditions, for which reason users are recommended to print or download and read them carefully each time they access this website.

We shall not be liable for possible damages or harm that may arise from interferences, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, telephone breakdowns, or disconnections in the operational functioning of this electronic system, caused by reasons beyond our control; from delays or blockages in the use of this electronic system caused by deficiencies or overloads in its Data Processing Centre, telephone lines, the Internet system, or other electronic systems; nor for damages that may be caused by third parties through illegitimate intrusions beyond the control of MARE NOSTRUM RESORT, S.L. or BAUCIS PROJECTS S.L. (Spring Hotels Group).

Likewise, MARE NOSTRUM RESORT, S.L. and BAUCIS PROJECTS S.L. (Spring Hotels Group) are exempt from liability for any damage or harm that the user may suffer as a result of errors, defects, omissions, or information from external sources or from the user themselves.

NAVIGATION, ACCESS, AND SECURITY

We make every effort to ensure that navigation takes place under the best conditions and to avoid any type of harm that might occur during it.

The user agrees not to use, copy, reproduce, distribute, transform, or modify the Content, unless they have the authorization of the owner of the corresponding rights or the prior authorization of MARE NOSTRUM RESORT, S.L. or BAUCIS PROJECTS S.L. (Spring Hotels Group).

MARE NOSTRUM RESORT, S.L. owns all rights to any works, inventions, discoveries, patents, ideas, concepts, updates, and improvements related to the digital services, their systems, applications, and programs, or to the services that MARE NOSTRUM RESORT, S.L. provides, which are created, realized, developed, or first put into practice by MARE NOSTRUM RESORT, S.L., whether alone or with the help of users, in the course of or as a result of any design, development, or any other task carried out in accordance with the contract.

The user may not use the name or the trademarks, symbols, logos, or distinctive signs owned by MARE NOSTRUM RESORT, S.L. or BAUCIS PROJECTS S.L. (Spring Hotels Group) without the express written authorization of said entities.

JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW

The rules of use found in this legal notice are governed by Spanish law. Both the hotel and the users agree that, for any discrepancy that may arise regarding the interpretation, compliance, and/or execution of the services provided by the hotel, they will expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the Judges and Courts of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that might correspond to them.

• Payment for the stay will be made upon arrival at the hotel.
• All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card valid at the time of the stay.
• The applicable IGIC (Canary Islands General Indirect Tax) will be that in force at the time of payment for the stay or provision of the service.
• Rate exclusive for individuals. Not commissionable to third parties.
• Notice: The hotel reserves the right to charge the amount of the stay in advance during high-demand periods to ensure availability. Before processing the charge, the reservations team will contact the client to confirm payment details.
• Drinks not included in half board and full board.

Cancellation policy

Free cancellation if made before 3:00 PM (local hotel time) on the day before arrival. If you cancel after this deadline or do not show up on the arrival day, the first night will be charged.

Online payment

Non-refundable.

Booking conditions

• Advance payment: 100% of the stay will be paid at the time of making the online reservation.
• This reservation only allows adding extra services. Extra services added after making the reservation, in the modify reservation section of the website, will be paid directly at the hotel.
• The applicable IGIC will be that in force at the time of payment for the stay or provision of the service.
• Rate exclusive for individuals. Not commissionable to third parties.

Cancellation policy

If you cancel, modify dates, or do not show up at the hotel, the establishment will not refund the price of the stay or the extra services contracted at the time of booking.
